Prior to booking all occupants & dogs (breed-weight), must be disclosed. Undisclosed occupants or animals will result in cancelation. No aggressive dog breeds. No cats allowed. If management discovers there are animals that have been snuck in without being disclosed, the reservation will be cancelled immediately & guests will be removed from the property. We do not charge a pet fee, but a $200 fee will apply if dog hair is left on furnishings/sheets. Any tampering beyond regular use of the homes electronics and appliances will incur a fee for repair. Saturday-Saturday check-in (Jan-Oct)/all holidays. No parties/gatherings inside unit or balcony. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am.
